I'm Jurgita.  20 years ago I started my professional path in the field of PEOPLE.

I have gained experience in foreign and Lithuanian capital companies and groups of companies. In companies with 20 to 5000 employees, privately or state owned.

I may:

  • help organisations find the best fit, build top management teams from the start;

  • conduct process audits of the PEOPLE function, and develop systematic ways of leading PEOPLE that meet business needs (in some cases practically from scratch);

  • reorganise the structures of the PEOPLE management units and the direction of the organisation;

  • develop transparent, clear and sustainable reward and fringe benefit systems that are most relevant to business needs;

  • Introduce performance management and appraisal systems;
